This package is designed for the client who has already planned their wedding "to the T", but does not want to worry about anything on that big day. Dream Events by Evangela will ensure that all your efforts result in an idyllic, memorable, and flawless event. On the day of your wedding, we will take over, so that you can relax knowing that everything is being handled. As a part of our "Day of Coordination" Package, we will meet with you prior to your event in order to familiarize ourselves with every detail of your special occasion. In subsequent weeks, we will work closely with you to create a thorough time line , determine final task, and confirm all arrangements with vendors. Services include but not limited to: -Coordination of rehearsal dinner -Review of wedding day itenraty with bridal party and family -Full rehearsal of ceremony, including processional and recessional, with bridal party -Review of checklist with bride and groom -Full wedding day coordination with the aid of at least one assistant -Supervision of vendor arrival and set up -Ensuring proper placement of place cards, favors, programs, and other ceremony & rehearsal items. -Coordination with officiate, musician, readers, and soloist before ceremony -Distribution of all floral pieces to all in wedding party and special guest -Wedding day emergency kit for all the circumstances we did not plan for.
